Limits: significant wave height 0.5 m and wind gusts force 5 Beaufort (17 to 21 kn). They are read together: reaching them lets Seaesta cancel or shorten, and one value alone may not be enough (with no wind, waves of 0.7 to 0.8 m can be fine). An official marine warning or a port restriction is also a reason to cancel or shorten.
In doubt: 5-minute reconnaissance outside the port before the booking (counts as hours worked). The skipper decides at any time, also at sea, and tells management on WhatsApp when a trip is shortened. Refunds are management's decision.
